When I wrote my previous journal entry, I thought that nobody would read it. I thought you didn't want me to hear me complain about my life, but I was wrong.
A lot of people were worried about me, even if they didn't know me. I had tons of notes and comments !
And I have to say it meant a lot to me, and it made me feel way better. I had more support on DeviantART than I had in my real life.
I feel that people understands me, maybe because we're all artist with a tortured soul. I realized that I wasn't alone, at least on the internet.
I was nearly crying when I saw all the support ! Thank you. Thank you so much for being there.
I would really like to show you  my gratitude, and I will, by feeling better.
I won't give up. I can't give up with all you said to me.

You gave me enough hope to keep living.

I'm Ambre. I'm 20. People always refers to me as a joyful person, who brings smiles on faces. But nobody here know the real me. Nobody heard about my whole story.
My psychiatrist says that I'm suffering from depression. And I'm writing this journal, cause I want people to hear my pain. I need people to know how bad I feel right now. So I'll tell you my story. Well, the beginning of my story.
If you want to know me, you can read it. If you don't want to hear a girl complaining about life, well, you can stop here, I won't be mad.

I was 16 when I had my very first crush on a guy.
He is an aristocrat, haughty and he always use an elevated language. He hated me, cause he found me childish and not classy enough for him. But I was pretty, and he finally decided to be with me.
What a mistake... He was extremely jealous, so he didn't wanted me to talk to other guys. He even chose all the girls he wanted me to talk. I had no friends anymore...
But I was with him. Six months later, things got worse. His jealousy was so high that he began to hit and slap me for anything, even little things.
I was crying so often I had to buy waterproof makeup. Everytime he did, he asked me not to tell anyone, telling me he was sorry. But one day, he hit me with a metal stick, and I fell unconscious.
There was blood everywhere. I had to take the bus 5 min later but I wakened up too late, and missed it. I had to call my mother, I was crying, I was shocked.
When the asked what was going on, I didn't tell her, and I lied : I said I had fell on the stairs.
 After that, humiliations got further. For example, to calm me down, I put me naked on a cold shower, or he didn't wanted me to use his toilet, I had to do what I wanted to do on the bathtub...
That's only examples and I have dozen of these things in mind. I was dying, and not only physically, but inside.
I was no longer joyful and happy. My eyes were empty, my mind was in shock. I didn't react to anything. I couldn't talk to anyone, it was way too late...
One year and six months later, he left me for another girl. You probably think that it the end. But this was just the beginning of my nightmare. I was all alone. No friends, no family... Nobody.
The day he left me, I went to the bridge of my city, and I climbed the guardrail. I was going to jump, I wanted to end my life, like this. But I couldn't. I was too weak.
I should have jumped. Everybody at school hated this guy. So they hated me too.
People were litteraly spitting on me (that was fucking disgusting) and spreading rumors about me, pushing me a little more into the depression.
On the tables I could read “Ambre is a slut” or something like that. And the guy. He was with a girl of my class. They kissed in front of me. And I could do nothing to stop that.
My heart and my mind were broken. I had to deal with my family, with people at school, with my exams, with everything ! Now, I wonder how I survived. I still have some scars on my skin and on my mind.
But you know the worse in this story ? This happens everytime around the world.

When I finished the highschool, my life wasn't better. I was still suffering from this story.
I never managed to have a stable life. Now, I have apartment, job, money and study problems.
I'm tired. Exhausted. I have the feeling that stars will never shine again for me.
Everybody keep telling me that everything will be alright. But they don't know, and I don't know either.
But what if something go wrong ?
I need to solve my problems. And if I don't manage to do it, I feel this is the end for me.
And, yeah, by "the end", I mean suicide.
I don't want you to reply. I don't want you to blame me for this thoughts.

I'm Ambre, and I'm depressed. Rainbows are pale and stars don't shine.

This is the first cosplay of Ambre I've seen, and it is stunning. I know you worked a lot on this.
And the result is just fucking amazing. I love all the cosplay. You put all the details !
Shoes, choker with locker, socks... And, of course, the beautiful wig she made herself !!

In this contest I've seen so many different things than I usually see. This entry was one of it.
The atmosphere is mysterious, I love it. Ambre seems different in this style, more "realistic", more "mature".
I liked the idea and the different style of this drawing. I love the manga style, but I'm open minded !
There is an animated version of this ! (The clouds are moving !)
